I forgot my phone (log in through a colleague)

You always need your own telephone in relation to two-factor authorisation. In the second step, you must always confirm through your phone.

Have you forgotten your telephone? You can then sign on through a colleague. The colleague will receive a code through email that you can use to sign on.

You can also use this if the notification through AFAS Pocket or text messaging is not received.

Conditions:

  • The colleague must be known as a user in Profit.
  • The correct email address must be registered with the colleague.
  • The colleague must have already successfully logged into Profit once with two-factor authentication.
