Create a vacancy as a document for publication on InSite/OutSite

You add the already created vacancy as a document for InSite and OutSite. This publishes the vacancy so that applicants can apply using InSite and OutSite. You do this within the context of Applicant Self Service.

This document is actually the final 'advertisement’. This is not about the fields but about the text and the layout of the vacancy. You base the document on the vacancy itself (for example, Profit teacher) which you have already added to Profit/InSite. Per vacancy, you can only create one document page.

You add the document using Document management in the same way as you add other documents.

The document template is linked to the default vacancy data.

There are different ways in which you can add a document, both in InSite and in OutSite. If your document template is for InSite, you create the document via InSite. If it is for OutSite, you create it via OutSite. If your document template is for both InSite & OutSite, you only need to create the vacancy as a document in one of the two locations.
