Import team members

You can import team members.

When importing team members, a new team can only be created if the import contains new team members. The import contains two check boxes for this that you can select or deselect:

  • New teams (incl. members) if not found
  • Add new team members to existing teams

If you deselect New teams (incl. members) if not found, the import cannot add a new team member to an existing team. If the import creates a new team, then the new team member can in fact be added.

If you select the New teams (incl. members) if not found check box, the import is allowed to create a new team member in all cases.

If you deselect both import options, the import can only make team changes on the line.
