Report an applicant's start of employment in InSite

You can report an applicant's start of employment in InSite This launches the Employment start wizard. Profit copies the data that you have entered for the applicant to the employee data.

Profit can also take account of any custom configuration for applicants if you have set this up.

The Employment start wizard is not part of the default Applicant Self Service workflow. If you are using Applicant Self Service, the following applies:

To report an applicant as employed using the Employment start wizard in InSite:

  1. Go to: InSite.
  2. Go to: Recruitment and selection.
  3. Go to: Applicants.

    InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

  4. Open the applicant data.
  5. Click on the action: Report start of employment.
  6. Click on: the profile..

    The 'Employment start wizard' then launches.

  7. Complete the fields.
  8. Complete the wizard.
