Extend subscriptions

You can extend subscriptions in accordance with the cycle set. The extension of subscriptions only indicates for which period Profit must extend the subscriptions. It has no effect on the invoicing.

To extend subscriptions:

  1. Go to: Subscriptions / Subscription / Extend.
  2. Select the subscriptions

    You can make a selection here using a filter. In the filter you can for example apply a selection based on the outstanding balance of the debtor or you can select subscriptions for which the last subscription invoice was or was not settled.

  3. Click on the action: Extend current selection.
  4. Close the window.
  5. Click on Yes in the message.
