(Temporarily) block a workflow

You can (temporarily) block a workflow from being used. This is useful if you want to use a workflow again in the future. You can in fact use a blocked workflow as a basis for a new workflow.

If you block a workflow, you must publish the workflow after selecting the Blocked check box so that this action is also performed.

You deactivate the Review purchase quotation workflow from the purchase contact profile.

To block a workflow:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab: Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow. via Ins_Knoppen in de workfloweditor (130).
  6. Select the Blocked check box in the Properties frame.

  7. Click on: Publish.
  8. Close the workflow.
