In Profit, you can generate invoices automatically or add an invoice manually. You use invoicing in Profit Order management, Profit Projecten, Profit Subscriptions, Profit Hours/declarations and in the course administration.

Generating or manually adding an invoice works the same way in the different modules.
Whether it is a sales invoice, subscription invoice, course invoice or a project invoice, you can have all of them generated automatically by Profit. That means that Profit itself checks whether an invoice can be created. In Profit Order management, for example, Profit checks whether packing slips have been reported ready and an invoice can therefore be created from them. In the case of Subscriptions, Profit checks if the time has arrived to send, for example, the invoices for monthly magazine subscriptions. You can print the invoices or issue them digitally as PDF files and/or e-invoices. You can then easily journalise the invoices to Profit Financial. In Profit Financial, invoicing functionality is available that allows you to centrally view and journalise all invoices from all Profit products.
