View the status of environments

You can view the status of environments and take action if necessary.

To view the status of environments:

  1. Log on as administrator.
  2. Go to: Management / Environment Manager.
  3. Proceed as follows:
    • To view the status of one environment:

      Select the environment and go to Options / Retrieve status of selected environment (bottom right).

    • To view the status of all the environments:

      Go to: Options / Retrieve status of all environments.

    Check the values in the Extra and Type of conversion columns. In case Version OK is shown, the environment does not have to be converted.

    Versions shows the installation type:

    • ST: Standard edition
    • SB: Profit Small Business
    • AL: Profit Accountancy Lite

    In SQL Data you can see the size of the database and in Profit SQL server you can see the SQL server for the database.
