After migration, you will not receive messages/notifications from AFAS Online

Often, you can transfer/migrate your old telephone to your new telephone. This, for example, means that the apps are transferred to the new telephone automatically over AFAS Pocket.

Pocket may have been linked correctly after a migration to a Profit environment, but Pocket may not be used for signing on using two-factor authentication. To make this possible, unlink Pocket (using twee-factor) and link the telephone again.

  1. Start AFAS Pocket.
  2. Press the shield at the top.

  3. Delete the existing link.

  4. Sign onto afasonline.nl using your email address and password.
  5. Register with a text message code.
  6. On the AFAS Online portal, go to Settings/AFAS Pocket.
  7. Click Link again after the text You will receive a notification through AFAS Pocket when you sign on. (See the image.)

  8. Now open AFAS Pocket on your smartphone.
