Save files (AFAS Online)

You can save files from AFAS Online locally. For this you need to access your local drive in one of the following ways.

Note:

If you are using an Apple computer, saving and retrieving files using the tsclient module is not possible. Apple does not support the tsclient module.

You cannot locally save ZIP files from Profit Windows, but you can from InSite.

Method 1 - Save a file:

You can enter the location directly, for example:

• \\tsclient\c\temp (the temp folder on the local C drive)
• \\tsclient\f\user\documents\fin (the users\documents\fin folder on the F network drive)

Thus, you always place the drive letter after \\tsclient\.

Method 2 - Access a folder:

1. Enter the name of the folder in the Location field, for example:

   \\tsclient\C

2. Press: Enter.
