Source data

You can use a source data element to indicate where data originates.

If you work with campaigns, add a source value for every campaign. If you use forecasts, add source values that are relevant for the forecasts of the organisation. For a forecast, you select a value from this source table.

Example:

You have collected the data of organisations in different ways:

  • via a marketing promotion
  • after a call centre promotion
  • via an import.

    For this data, you add the values Marketing promotion, Call centre promotion and Data import to the table with source data.

To add source data:

  1. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Source data.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Complete the fields.
  4. Click on: Finish.
