Bank account numbers to IBAN (Belgium)

For SEPA, you need to convert the bank account numbers of all organisations and persons in Profit into IBAN account numbers.

Check if the bank account numbers in your administrations are IBAN account numbers. You can convert your own bank account numbers to IBAN for each account number ‘manually’. You can also convert the bank account numbers of all organisations and persons (including debtors, creditors, employees) individually or you can convert them all at the same time using an import file.

Note:

In the meantime, you can convert all bank account numbers to IBAN but you do not need to switch over to automatic SEPA payments or SEPA direct debit just yet.

After you have converted the bank account numbers to IBAN, you can continue to use the payment order with payment method Home land payments in basic currency. Also, you can continue to use the collection order in the current file format. You switch over when you set your bank account to SEPA format (SEPA Direct Debits and/or SEPA Credit Transfer) .
