View workflow properties

You can always retrieve the properties of the workflow without having to move the visible area in the worksheet.

To view the workflow properties:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab:Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow..

    In the Properties frame, you see data about the status and options as well as any message linked to the workflow. You can change this data.

    For example, you can add icons, place the action in a category and specify if a response is mandatory.

  6. Go to the tab: Conditions.

    This tab is only available if you have defined conditions in the workflow. Here you see a list of all conditions in the workflow.

  7. Close the window.
  8. Close the workflow.
