Holiday allowance for one employee in a separate period
You can pay out the holiday allowance for one or more employees in a separate period. You can adjust the payment period at the employee level.
If you want to adjust the payment period for all employees, you change this at the CLA level.
To adjust the entry level:
- Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
- Open the CLA properties.
- Go to the tab: Wage component.
- Open the properties of the 'Vakantietoeslag' wage component.
- Go to the tab: Parameter.
- Open the properties of the 'Periode uitbetalen' parameter.
- Select the Allow entries for employee check box.
- Click on: OK.
To adjust the payment period for an employee:
- Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the properties of the employee.
- Go to the tab: Wage component.
- Click on: New.
- Select the 'Vakantietoeslag' wage component.
- Click on: Finish.
- Open the properties of the 'Periode uitbetalen' parameter.
- Click on: New.
- Determine the start and end date.
For the end date, you enter the last day of the period in which the holiday allowance is normally paid out.
- Enter the value of the period in which you want to pay out the holiday allowance.
Example:
Enter '3' if you want to pay out the holiday allowance in March.
- Click on: Finish.
