Add a workflow action

You can reject, delegate or transfer a task or change who is responsible for it. You can add these actions to each task.

To add an action to a workflow:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab: Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow..
  6. Select the task to which you want to add an action.
  7. Double-click on the Complete action.

    In a data-amending workflow, the Resubmit and Register special actions are available.

  8. Select the action.
  9. At the right, in the Properties frame, you see the data regarding the status, options and any linked messages of the workflow. You can change this data. For example, you can add icons, place the action in a category and specify if a response is mandatory.

    In the case of actions, you can select the Internal and External options. In this case, Internal is InSite and External is OutSite.

  10. Change the description to Afkeuren.
  11. Select the status. You can use a custom status table.
  12. Select the visibility of the action. Select Only internal, if you want this action to be visible in InSite only.
  13. If applicable, select a follow-up task.

    For example, select a follow-up task if, after the Reject action, a previous task has to be repeated.

  14. Select the options.
  15. Click on: Publish.

  16. Click on: OK.

    After publication Profit folds the workflow.

  17. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  18. Open the properties of the dossier item type. Vraag applicatiebeheer.
  19. Go to the tab: Workflows.

    This is the status the workflow begins with.

  20. Click on: Save.
  21. Click on: Status.

    This is the button Ins_Knoppen in de workfloweditor (180) in the toolbar.

    You now see the status per action. You immediately see which actions still need to be assigned a status.

  22. Click on: Publish.
  23. Click on: OK.
  24. Close the Workflow Editor.
