Assign a follow-up task to an action

You can link an action to a follow-up task. This follow-up task can be an action in the workflow, the end of the workflow or a new task in the workflow.

If a request for more information is required then you add the action Complete, whereby you link the first action of the workflow as a follow-up task. The sender can add the information and resubmit the workflow.

You can set up when the action goes to the follow-up task. You can choose between:

  • After selecting action
  • Conditional
  • After action selection by multiple users
