Configuring a comment for an action

You can display a confirmation screen for an action in which a user may be obliged to enter a comment. If a response is entered then the user can specify if and for whom the response is visible.

If you entered an explanation, this explanation will be displayed in the confirmation box.

Configuration:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab: Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow..
  6. Click on: the first action of the workflow.
  7. Enter the Comment.

    This comment will be displayed to the user in the confirmation box.

  8. Open the Options section.
  9. Select an icon, if necessary.
  10. Select the category.
  11. Determine if a reaction is obligatory:
    • InSite only
    • OutSite only
    • Both InSite and OutSite
    • Not
  12. Click on: Publish.
