Delete a workflow action

You can delete an action from the workflow.

Note:

The action is deleted immediately, without notification. You can undo this action by pressing Ctrl+Z.

When you delete a task, the linked actions and tasks are also deleted.

A basic workflow appears as follows:

After deleting a Reject action, the Review task remains unchanged with the remaining actions:

To delete an action:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab: Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow..
  6. Click on: the first action of the workflow.
  7. Click on: Delete.

You can now save and publish the change or first adjust the workflow more.
