Change workflow action properties

You can adjust some data in the properties of an action. For instance, you can customise the visibility of the action or the follow-up task.

To change an action:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab: Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow..
  6. Click on: the first action of the workflow.

    At the right, in the Properties frame, you see the data regarding the status, options and any linked messages of the workflow. You can change this data. For example, you can add icons, place the action in a category and specify if a response is mandatory.

    In the case of actions, you can select internal and external options. In this case, Internal is InSite and External is OutSite.

  7. Select the status. You can use a custom status table.
  8. Select the visibility of the action. If you want the action to be visible in InSite only, select Only internal.
  9. If applicable, select a follow-up task.

    For example, you select a follow-up task if a previous task has to be performed again after a reject action.

  10. Select the options.
  11. Click on: Save.
  12. Click on: Publish.
