Recalculate cumulatives for a project
Statistics are compiled based on the cost estimate, actual costing and invoice lines. It is possible that these cumulatives become corrupt. Using this function, you can calculate the cumulatives again.
The cumulatives are shown on the Totals tab of the project.
To recalculate cumulatives:
- Go to: Projects / Management / Recalculate cum. Projects.
A message warns you that depending on the size of your administration and the speed of your computer this recalculation can take some time.
- Click on: Yes.
Profit recalculates the cumulatives.
- Click on: OK.
Profit has finished recalculating the cumulatives.
