Set an end date for validity combinations using multiselect

You can use multiselect to set an end date for multiple validity combinations at the same time. These combinations are no longer valid after this end date but this way you do save the history of the combinations and you can always check which validity combination was applicable on a particular date.

Profit sets the specified end date only in the validity combination lines that do not have an end date and whose start date is before the specified end date.

Note:

You cannot use this function to change a specific end date to a different end date. In that case, you have to modify the validity combination lines by hand, one by one.

To set an end date for validity combinations using multiselect:

  1. Go to: Projects / Project / Validity combination.

The view automatically shows the multiselect column.

  2. Select the validity combinations for which you want to set an end date.
  3. Click on the action: Set end date.
  4. Enter the end date.
  5. Click on: Finish.
  6. Click on: Yes.
